ARCHITECTURE COMMITTEE

The Architecture Committee Guidelines are provided to the DFWCHOA membership with rules regarding the appearance, decor and maintenance of their property in addition to guidance when planning architectural modifications, improvements and for general maintenance of property. The intent of these Guidelines and rules is to maintain consistency within the Danforth Farms West Community and thereby preserve or improve the property values for all DFWCHOA property owners. Each resident has previously acknowledged receipt of The Danforth Farms West Community Homeowners Association Owner’s Restrictions and Protective Covenants and Bylaws in closing documents.

Additionally, the Architecture Committee has the authority to enforce these guidelines via notice, fines and liens as outlined in the full architecture guidelines.

POOL COMMITTEE

THE POOL COMMITTEE MAINTAINS THE POOL AND RECREATION AREA DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS.  THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OPENING AND CLOSING THE POOL WITH OTHER VOLUNTEERS AND FOR SCHEDULING AND KEEPING THE CALENDAR FOR POOL PARTIES.

New residents will be issued membership key cards for entry into the pool.  Membership key cards are issued to all single-family homeowners upon verification of good standing. The key cards are for the sole use of DFWC residents and their “house guests”.  Allowing unauthorized use of the facility or violating DFWC pool rules may result in the loss of pool privileges and deactivation of pool key.  Residents must leave pool gate closed and locked at all times and each resident must use their own key for entry to the pool area.

  • One key card per household;

  • Cards cannot be duplicated;

  • Lost key cards will be replaced for a $40 fee.

You may download the full detail on pool rules and parties here.

SOCIAL COMMITTEE

The social committee is responsible for annual gatherings in the neighborhood.  Each year, the DFWCHOA makes an effort to put together family friendly events at our recreation/pool area.

WELCOME COMMITTEE

The welcome committee is responsible for greeting our newest members.  We try to gather useful items and goodies to share with our new homeowner's, in addition to sharing the DFWCHOA directory and governing documents.  We are  always in need of  extra items for our welcome baskets as well as help delivering them.
