As members of the Danforth Farms West Homeowners Association, we share a mutual interest and responsibility in maintaining our community standards and property values. The DFWCHOA exists and operates to support this interest and we encourage all homeowner participation.

The DFWCHOA's roles and responsibilities are outlined in the governing documents which are included in every homeowner's title work at the time of purchasing their home.  Members are expected to be familiar with these documents as DFWCHOA authority may not extend to all situations.

Response Times: Please remember that the DFWCHOA Board and Subcommittees are composed of unpaid volunteers with private lives, careers and outside obligations just like you.  All submissions are read and forwarded to the appropriate committee and responded to as quickly as possible.
