DFWCHOA PROXY INFORMATION

The DFWCHOA encourages all members to attend the annual meetings. If you are unable to attend, please utilize the form on this page to designate the DFWCHOA board or another DFWC homeowner as your representative to vote on any meeting business. If you are designating another resident, please confirm that they will be in attendance before designating them as your proxy. Remember, one proxy or vote per address not person. A form submitted in December will be applied to the upcoming year while a form submitted in January will be utilized in the current year.

I hereby appoint the DFWCHOA Board as proxy to represent me at the DFWCHOA Annual or Special Assessment Meeting, and to act in my stead, authorizing the board fully to do all things that I could or might do if personally present. I also authorize the board to do every act whatsoever necessary or proper to be done in or upon all matters that may lawfully come before said board meeting or any adjournment thereof. Further, I hereby revoke any proxy or proxies previously given by me to any person or persons. A proxy submitted in December will apply to the annual meeting in the upcoming year while a proxy submitted in January will apply to the current year annual meeting. Any proxy submitted for a special assessment meeting will apply to that specific meeting only.
