Danforth Farms West is a community of 217 homes that includes the gated neighborhood of Stubblefield.  The residents in the community have paid dues and assessments to install and maintain a neighborhood pool.  The pool is locked and monitored at all times and requires a key card for entry.  Residents can lose access to the pool for various reasons including (but not limited to) being delinquent on dues or violating the pool rules. 

Danforth Farms West and Danforth Farms East  are not part of the same neighborhood and do not share a homeowners association.  As such, residents in Danforth Farms East do not have access to the community pool in Danforth Farms West.  Danforth Farms West cannot change the covenants and bylaws to honor any requests by any non-residents to pay a fee for entry or any other reason. Over the years, and many requests, the DFWCHOA has investigated all of the potential avenues that might allow for this change and has determined that it is simply not possible. This decision has been made based solely on factual information including insurance and liability issues, occupancy requirements and all state and county regulations without any negative intention towards our neighbors.
